BUILDING REQUIREMENTS
Setback Requirements
All buildings, fences, and other structures must meet the following setback requirements:

5 feet from property lines
-
10 feet from power lines
-
20 feet from the front property line
Building permit applications must include plans and/or photos of the proposed project. Applications submitted without the required documentation will be denied.Completed permit applications and the $25 permit fee must be submitted to Keith Whetstine at (308) 920-0988 by 1:00 PM on the Friday before the monthly Village Board meeting.
